Why I Donate to Amplify

As the treasurer of Amplify, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand the transformative impact our work has on individuals from underrepresented communities in technology. My decision to donate is deeply personal, driven by the belief that access to education and opportunities should not be limited by one’s background.

Supporting this organization allows me to contribute to closing the gap in tech - a field that is shaping the future. I see talented individuals in our Leadership Academy and study groups gain confidence, skills and access to resources that can change the trajectory of their lives. Our programs not only uplift individuals but strengthen the tech ecosystem by cultivating diversity of thought and experience.

Donating is my way of reinforcing my commitment to create a more inclusive and innovative tech environment. By putting my money where my mouth is, I am helping to build a future where everyone has a seat at the table and the opportunity to thrive.
